General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products through the online store Anni Design, available at www.annidesign.si.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2. Product and Service Offer

The offer of products and services in the online store is regularly updated.
Despite our efforts to provide accurate information, errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, or availability.
We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.

3. Orders and Contract Conclusion

A purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the buyer receives an email confirming the order.
If the ordered product is not available, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the option to cancel the order or replace the product.

4. Ordering Procedure and Technical Steps

Purchase process:
Select product → Add to cart → Review order → Enter details → Confirm order → Receive confirmation by email.

Before confirming the order, the customer can review and correct all entered data.
The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.

A copy of the order and the contract is stored electronically by the seller, and the customer receives confirmation of the order by email.

5. Prices

All prices in the online store are listed in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and may change without prior notice.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for products is possible only by bank transfer based on the pro forma invoice received after placing the order.
Orders are processed once the payment is received in the seller’s bank account.
All payments must be made in full before the products are dispatched.

Shipping costs:
– up to 2 kg: €5.00
– heavier packages: according to the valid GLS courier price list.

7. Delivery and Shipping Times

Shipments are sent via GLS courier service.
The seller undertakes to deliver ordered products within the time specified for each product, usually within 3 to 7 working days after receiving payment.

Shipping costs:
– up to 2 kg: €5.00
– above 2 kg: according to the valid GLS price list.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Free personal pickup is also available at the Javornik location by prior arrangement via email: info@annidesign.si

8. Personal Data Protection

The seller undertakes to protect all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
Personal data will be used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with customers.

9. Liability

The seller is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of products or failure to follow usage instructions.
The seller is also not responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments that are not caused by the seller’s negligence.
Normal wear and tear due to use is not considered a defect.

10. Dispute Resolution

The buyer and the seller shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the court of Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia, shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.

10.a. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), the company ITMM, Multimedia Services, Ožbi Strmčnik s.p. does not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate under the mentioned Act.

As an online retailer operating in the Republic of Slovenia, the company provides an electronic link to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

This platform enables consumers to resolve disputes related to online purchases in a simple, efficient, and non-judicial manner.

In case of problems, the consumer may also contact the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ti.gov.si) or the Consumers’ Association of Slovenia (www.zps.si).

11. Amendments to the Terms

The seller reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions without prior notice.
The amended terms take effect upon publication on the website.

12. Complaints Procedure

A customer may submit a complaint via email to info@annidesign.si or by post to the company’s address.
All complaints are processed within 8 working days from receipt, and the customer will be informed of the resolution.

13. Mandatory Warranty for Product Conformity

The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists upon delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years after delivery.

If the product is non-conforming (in accordance with Articles 72 and 73 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act – ZVPot-1), the consumer must notify the seller within two months of discovering the lack of conformity and within two years of purchase.
The consumer must describe the issue precisely.

The notice may be submitted in person (for which the seller issues confirmation) or by mail to the store where the product was purchased.
The consumer must allow the seller to inspect the product.

The consumer may demand, in writing, free restoration of conformity within 30 days, extendable by up to 15 additional days if necessary, provided the seller informs the consumer before the original 30-day deadline expires.

If the product remains non-conforming, the consumer is entitled, under these conditions and in this order, to:

1. Request free restoration of conformity,

2. Request a proportional reduction in the purchase price, or

3. Withdraw from the sales contract and request a refund.

14. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the buyer may:

• Send a clear statement of withdrawal to info@annidesign.si, or

• Request a withdrawal form, which will be sent by email upon request.

After submitting the withdrawal notice, the buyer must return the product no later than 14 days thereafter.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

17. Handmade Unique Products

All products offered in the online store are handmade unique pieces.
Product photos serve to illustrate the appearance, shape, and color combinations of each item.
Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color, shape, texture, or details between items of the same series may occur.
Such variations do not affect the quality or usability of the product and are an inherent feature of handmade craftsmanship.
The maker undertakes to craft each product carefully, in accordance with the description and intended quality standards.
